The Spinner is a fully enclosed hydroponic plant growth chamber in which the plants are automatically rotated ON THEIR OWN AXIS, exposing the plant to a vertically mounted, central light source. Roots in the chamber are feed hydroponically via “ebb-and-flow” or the optional Deep Water Culture or AeroRingTM (see www.spinnerhydro.com for details). the atmosphere is controlled via two 100+CFM intake/exhaust fans. What this means is that the plants within the Spinner receive the ultimate care with very little maintenance. Typically the Spinner will yield a greater dry plant mass with only 600 watts of power than a traditional hydroponic system using over 1000 watts and the quality that comes from the Spinner is exceptional!
